As a health and wellness coach I am a practitioner and life-long student of coaching psychology, a field focused on the scientific study of happiness and well-being.
The process of wellness coaching progresses through several stages:
You provide background information through a health and well-being assessment, so that you and your coach are well-informed on the key issues, including medical considerations, as appropriate.
During the first 60-90 minute coaching session, you identify your priorities and develop a personal wellness plan including a vision, three month goals and the first steps.
In subsequent 30-40 minute coaching sessions each week, you and your coach review the progress toward your vision and goals, explore and resolve the most pressing issues, learn something new, and then agree on a set of goals for the following week. You will enjoy plenty of "ah-ha" insights along the way.
As a certified Health and Well-being Coach I engage individuals in evidence-based, client-centered processes that facilitate and empower my clients to develop and achieve self-determined, health and wellness goals. I will assist you to use your own insight, personal strengths, and resources to set goals, commit to action steps, and establish accountability in building your envisioned healthy lifestyle.

Pricing
Nurture Coaching Services are billed by the hour at an à la carte rate of $55 an hour, or at $50 an hour if purchased as part of a package.
